Slide Show of Photos from Colonel Santiago's  Retirement Ceremony with musical background by Martina McBride).  John's Retirement Ceremony was held at the United States Air Force (USAF) on 16 May 2003, 1500, Officer's Club Ballroom, Peterson AFB, CO after twenty-six years of military service.  Family from California meet for the first time with John's long time friends at Colorado Springs, CO and during his Air Force Career.
