Addresses systems engineering requirements that flow from the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FARs), to include standards that govern all phases of a system life cycle that a Government contractor needs to understand to engineer, manufacture, support, and verify a complex system intended for Government procurement.  It includes liberal use of case studies.
